All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Large items such as sofas and dining tables undergo stability checks before shipping and are packed with shock-resistant and moisture-proof materials. A tracking number is provided for every order.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
